Established in 2011 by Sen. Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, the varsity offers basic standard education. The institution is known as one of the tertiary institutions where many Nigerian politicians and celebrities have bagged their degrees in recent times. The academic institution has had about six consecutive convocation ceremonies and has produced graduates in various disciplines such as law, engineering, computer science, medical and health sciences, among others, and has produced quite a number of notable alumni.

Baze University Courses

The university offers various academic programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. They offer a total of 43 undergraduate degree programs that are run at the university under six faculties, some of which include the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Computing and Applied Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Environmental Sciences, among others.
