University of Abuja Anthem, Lyrics, History, PDF

In this article, Students Mirror puts down the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) anthem and its lyrics. It also looks at the history of the university.

Many students have asked to know the University of Abuja anthem. In a recent poll conducted in a very populated University of Abuja Facebook group, it was discovered that 90 percent of the students could not recite and have not heard the school’s anthem. This may be because they feel there is no need to know it since it is not a requirement to pass a course or they know it won’t appear as a test or exam question.

The UNIABUJA anthem is sometimes recited during matriculation ceremonies and some very special events organized by the school management. It’s regularly recited during the school’s convocation ceremony. Perhaps, during such events, students may not concentrate or feel less concerned about learning the anthem.

University of Abuja
University of Unity
Citadel of learning and scholarship
Perched on ASO rock
The rock of national harmony

Search for knowledge and wisdom
God to you belong all knowledge and wisdom
Protected by this bond of peace
For the service of all mankind
