The College of Health Sciences was one of the first colleges established at Osun State University in September 2007. They offer B.Sc degrees in Anatomy, Physiology, Public Health, and Nursing Science. They were able to start teaching MBBS again when the Chancellor donated a hospital to the university.

The programme is designed to take six years and is divided into two phases: the pre-clinical phase and the clinical phase.
